Skull Blog Hop - Love is eternal

I'm thrilled to be taking part in my first blog hop which is hosted by the Smeared and Smudged forum. Today is Skull Appreciation Day, want to know more, check out Skull-A-Day here as they are the ones that started it all off. Click on the Skull day blog hop button on the right to learn more about the hop.

Here is my Skull inspired project for the hop, I've used the skull digital stamp from Delicious Doodles. The box is one of the large cooks matchboxes with a mini book in side. Most of the photos were taken by me in local cemeteries and some of the graves are of my ancestors and the verse is one that always reminds me that our love ones are never far away. Compared to love, death is nothing at all.

To check out some other great Skull ideas here is a list of the other participants in the skull hop. Go on celebrate the Skull, it's an important part of you .

To the people who have asked about the verse I use, I'm afraid I know very little about it, can't even remember where I got it from and the copy I've got does not list an author, it just says Anon.

I don't mind at all if anyone wants to copy it for their own use. Good words are best shared is my motto. I have written it out in a post on my faith and heritage blog 'Witchery Grove', if anyone wants to just paste and copy it to their own files.
